Resolution #16

A Resolution Approving the Proposed Budget and the Schedule of Disbursements for the One-Year AVLDA Approved Project on Remote Sensing and Geographic Information System (GIS) in the Environment of the Allah Valley Landscape Amounting to Two Million and Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2.5M) to be Sourced Out form the AVLDA Funds.

A Resolution Authorizing the Provincial Governor of the Province of South Cotabato, Hon. Daisy Avance-Fuentes as Chairman of the Allah Valley Landscape Development Alliance (AVLDA) to Enter into the Memorandum of Agreement with the Environmental Science for Social Change (ESSC) in Relation to the Implementation of the AVLDA Approved Project on Remote Sensing and Geographic Information System (GIS) in the Environment of the Allah Valley Landscape.

A Resolution Approving the Project Proposal Entitled “Enhancing Government Mechanisms in Sustainable Management of the Allah Valley Watershed” and Endorsing the Same to the European Union for Funding.

Resolution #19

A Resolution Approving the 2005 operation Plan of the Allah Valley Landscape Development Alliance – Program Management Office (AVLDA-PMO) including its Proposed Budget Amounting to Three Million and Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php 3,370,000.00).

A Resolution Approving the Proposed 2005 Budget of the Program Management Office (PMO) of the Allah Valley Landscape Development Alliance (AVLDA) Amounting to One Million and Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 1,350,000.00).

Resolution #21

A Resolution Approving the Contracts of Service of Mr. Pascual D. de le Cruz, Josephine M. Manuel, Lyndon Paul R. Sumaoy and Agnes L. Losaria, All Personnel of the Program Management Office of the Allah Valley Landscape Development Alliance, Subject to the Submission of their Respective Written Letters of Intent Addressed to the Board of Directors Through the Chairman of the Alliance.

Resolution #22

A Resolution Granting an Increase in the Salary of Each of the Four (4) Personnel of the Program Management Office (PMO) Staff of the Allah Valley Landscape Development Alliance (AVLDA) Amounting to One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00) Each Per Month Effective Retroactively from January 2004 to December 2004 Thereby Effectively Amanding the 2004 Contracts of service of Mr. Pascual D. de le Cruz, Ms. Josephine M. Manuel, Mr. Lyndon Paul R. Sumaoy and Ms. Agnes L. Losaria, All AVLDA-PMO Personnel.

Resolution #23

A Resolution Re-Aligning the Amount of Forty-Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 48,000.00) from the Item Living Allowance to Additional Salary of the Program Management Office (PMO) Staff of the Allah Valley Landscape Development Alliance (AVLDA) Thereby Granting Each PMO Staff a total Amount of Twelve Thousand Pesos Salary Differential for the Year 2004.
