Resolutions 2006

Resolution #4	A Resolution Approving the 2006 Funding Commitment of Allah Valley Landscape Development Alliance (AVLDA) Members, to wit: Province of South Cotabato – P500,000.00: Province of Sultan Kudarat – P500,000.00; Municipality of Lake Sebu – P200,000.00; Municipality of Sto . Niño – P200, 000.00; Municipality of Esperanza – P200,000.00; Municipality of Bagumbayan – P200,000.00; Municipality of Lambayong – P200,000.00; Municipality of Isulan – P200,000.00; and City of Tacurong – P200,000.00.

Resolution #5	Thus Resolution No.5, series of 2006, is a Resolution Accepting and Approving the 43% Accomplishment of the Environmental Science for Social Change (ESSC) of its Consultancy Service with Allah Valley Landscape Resource Mapping and Community Based Resource Assessment and Mapping (CBRAM) Project.

Resolution #6	A Resolution Approving the AVLDA-PMO Thrust to Facilitate the Creation or Strengthening of Environment and Natural Resources Offices of Member LGU's to be Endorsed to the Respective Provincial Development Councils, City Development Councils and Barangay Development Councils.

Resolution #7	A Resolution Approving the Enforcement of the Riparian Law contained in Relevant National Laws for Endorsement to Sangunian Panlalawigan, Sangunian Panlungsod, Sangunian Bayans and Barangay Councils Concerned.

Resolution #8	A Resolution Authorizing the Program Management Office (PMO) to initiate the formation of “Sultan-Kudarat NGO Coalition”.

Resolution #9	A Resolution Approving the Expansion of Technical Working Group (TWG) of the Allah Valley Landscape Development Alliance with the Condition that Proposed Additional Members are Subject for Approval during the Next BOD Regular Meeting.

Resolution #10	A Resolution Endorsing the Project Proposal for Global Environment Facility (GEF) Funding entitled “ Improving River and Water Management in the Allah Valley Landscape” .

Resolution #11	A Resolution Approving and Endorsing the Project Proposal for AusAid Funding Entitled Integrated Allah Valley Resource Management and Development Project.

Resolution #12	Resolution 12 series of 2006 Granting the Program Management Office (PMO) Staff an Insurance Benefit from July to December 2006.

Resolution #13	A Resolution Accepting the 75% Accomplishment of the ESSC Consultancy Services for Allah Valley Resource Mapping and Community Based Resource Assessment and Mapping (CBRAM) Project.

Resolution #15	A Resolution Approving the membership of MENRO/PENRO, MGB, EMB in the Technical Working Group of AVLDA upon their acceptance of invitation.
