Resolutions 2008

Resolution #1	Resolution No. 01 Series of 2008 Approving and Strongly Endorsing the Proposed River Protection Dike at the Allah-Kapingkong River of the National Irrigation Administration (NIA).

Resolution #2	Resolution No. 02 Series of 2008 Approving the Membership of the Sultan Kudarat Environmental Protection Network (SKEPNet) to the Allah Valley Landscape Development Alliance and Authorizing Governor Daisy Avance-Fuentes to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement for such purpose.

Resolution #3	Resolution No. 03 Series of 2008 Approving the Urgent Call for all Members of the Alliance to Adopt Rainforestation and Riparian Zone Revegetation Sites.

Resolution #4	Resolution No. 04 Series of 2008 Authorizing the Chairperson of the Board, Governor Daisy Avance-Fuentes, to enter into Memorandum of Agreement and to sign Contracts of Service for the Implementation of Projects under AVL Management Master Planning, Sebu Lake Rehabilitation, Riparian Zone Revegetation, Rainforestation and Upstream Resource Management, Multi-Sectoral Action in Sub-watershed Management, Public Education and Awareness, AVL Summit and AVLDA Case Book.

Resolution #5	A Resolution Approving the Preparation of the Flood Control Master Plan and constituting the members for such purpose under the project leadership of the Department of Public Works and Highways.

Resolution #6	A Resolution Approving the project proposal on Rainforestation and Upstream Resource Management (RURM) for submission to the Embassy of Japan and other development agencies supporting natural resources management (NRM)

Resolution #7	A Resolution Supporting and Endorsing the Proposed Budget for fiscal year 2009 of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Regional Office XII for approval.

Resolution #8	A Resolution Approving the annual financial contribution of the Local Governments Units for the operation of theRe AVLDA from year 2008 up to year 2013.

Resolution #9	A Resolution Urging and Enjoining all Local Government members of the AVLDA to allocate funds and yearly budget for the implementation of the Rainforestation and Upstream Resource Management (RURM) and Riparian Zone Revegetation (RZR) programs.
